As Senior Key Acount Manager I am responsible for customer care, prospecting for new business partners and, through my extended role, acting as a contact person for our distributors abroad. In the performance of my duties, I also ensure that our partners can benefit from Witschi products and services in accordance with their needs and I also observe new market trends.

As an employee in the Sales operations department, I am responsible for the administrative processing of export transactions. In this function as a hub, I am in active exchange with our Key Account Managers in order to meet the needs of our customers.
I welcome our customers and visitors at reception, as well as taking their telephone calls. Parallel to this, I work as an administrator in the back office. This varied, pivotal position pleases me greatly and gives me an opportunity to use my knowledge of foreign languages.
To my tasks belong the support of the reception, the collection of orders and their invoicing. Additionally to the resulting administrative works I attend the forwarding business within Switzerland. As a sociable person, this large field of applications gives me great satisfaction.
