Carrier set for watches in the Proofmaster M/S

Watches of various sizes can also be used with the Proofmaster M/S. Witschi has developed a special carrier set for this. The carriers for the ALC 2000 are not suitable for the Proofmaster. The carrier set is now included in the supply of the Proofmaster M/S as standard.

The watch being tested must be positioned securely on all three support points of the support bench. Depending on the diameter of the watch, one of the three support points can be put onto the watch support. If, for example, one side is resting on the watch strap, reliable testing will be impossible because the strap is likely to twist out of shape in a way that cannot be predicted during the measuring process. If necessary, the watch strap must be removed. Watches with a projecting battery compartment are often difficult to support without the battery compartment resting on one point of the carrier. One solution is to place the watch face down on the support bench.
